Gelatin is the only one type of natural collagens that can be dissolved spontaneously at body temperature (37℃). It has the characteristics of gelatination, moisture fixed, cohesiveness and dissolvability. Gelatin can be used widely in pharmaceutical industry as hard capsules, soft capsules, dextran and coating etc.
